Description:

  • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections according to established procedures
  • Record and maintain accurate inspection and test data
  • Operate measurement and testing equipment as required
  • Document non-conforming materials and support the Non-Conforming Material Review process
  • Assist with First Article inspections and special testing requests
  • Collect, analyze, and trend quality data
  • Participate in GR&R studies and support continuous improvement activities
  • Recommend updates to procedures and assist with change requests when needed
  • Support training of new inspectors when required
  • Handle, move, and organize materials and boxes (up to 50 lbs) safely and efficiently
  • Support production and quality workflows through proper material staging and movement
  • Minimum 1 year of material handling experience
