Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Purpose: To qualify product, monitor the manufacturing process and prevent non-conforming product from being inadvertently sold, installed or shipped.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
• Assist in maintaining Inspection Department Records and files
• Performs 1st Article Inspections and documentation
• Performs In-process Inspections and documentation
• Provides inspection support to all TEAM-Bagley activities (PPAP, SPC, GR&R)
• Assists all TEAM-Bagley employees with inspection related problems
• Coordinates Zeiss maintenance support
• Develops, trouble shoots and implements Zeiss programs for measurement of Prototype and production parts
• Completes Daily Work Center Status Report
• Maintains a list of needed office supplies and tooling and forward to the Calibration Technician
• Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives
• Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One plus years of experience in the manufacturing field
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to vary working hours to meet calibration/inspection requirements
• Ability to work with small lettering on prints, intricate tooling, and computer monitors for extended periods
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
