QC Inspector – 2nd Shift
Location: Moorpark, CA
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $34.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4/10 Schedule (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Johnson Service Group (JSG), a nationally recognized, award-winning staffing firm, is partnering with a confidential, high-precision Electronics Manufacturing company in Moorpark, CA to hire a QC Inspector.


This organization supports highly regulated, quality-critical industries including aerospace, defense, and advanced electronics manufacturing. They are known for their strong commitment to precision, continuous improvement, and producing reliable, high-performance electronic assemblies. They are a well-established manufacturer specializing in complex PCB and electronic assemblies where accuracy, traceability, and quality compliance are essential at every step of production.


Position Overview

The QC Inspector will be responsible for performing First Article, Incoming, In-Process, and Final inspections of electronic assemblies and PCB components. This role ensures all products meet strict internal procedures, customer requirements, and industry quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform First Article inspections on all levels of boards and document results accurately
  • Conduct Incoming inspections of electronic components and assemblies
  • Perform Final inspections of completed assemblies in accordance with procedures
  • Record and maintain all inspection results and quality documentation
  • Verify accuracy of test equipment against calibration standards
  • Review and sign company certifications as required
  • Inspect returned or rejected materials and determine status disposition
  • Perform random in-process quality checks as needed
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in departmental quality yields
  • Ensure all quality records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained
  • Follow detailed instructions with precision and adherence to procedures


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of QC inspection experience in Electronics, PCB, Aerospace, or similar manufacturing environment
  • Experience with First Article Inspection strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of inspection documentation and quality procedures
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow strict instructions
  • Familiarity with electronic components and assemblies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment
