Job description

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Relations Representative to join our Service Department team. This role is key to keeping our customers informed, engaged, and satisfied throughout their service experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Follow up with service customers via phone and email to ensure a positive experience
  • Assist the Service Manager with customer communication and outreach
  • Help resolve minor customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
