PACIFIC COAST BUILDING SERVICES, INC. IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RESUMES FOR A

RISK/SAFETY INTERN

POSITION TYPE:    Full-Time, Hourly

LOCATION:              Sacramento, CA

WAGE SCALE:       $20-$21

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with various Risk Management projects including but not limited to: Safety training documentation, safety regulations research, coordination of GPS tracker and dash camera installation for company assets, creating user access on various safety or compliance related databases, permits and registrations, auditing files, creating and delivering electronic reports, etc.
  • Distributes materials to various locations.
  • Performs general office duties such as answering/attending to phone calls, making copies, scanning materials, mailing letters and packages, etc.
  • Performs data entry and updates in various software applications.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled and taking classes towards a Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis or concentration in Human Resource or Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, co-workers and managers.
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge on the usage of PC, Printers, Digital Copier and Digital Scanner.
  • Knowledge of a variety of software including but not limited to MS Office applications, SAP Easy Access, and Adobe Professional.
