We are actively looking for a Summer Analyst, Americas Asset Management to join our team in Summer 2027. This position will be based in Santa Monica and will report directly to the Associate, Americas Asset Management. This role will support QuadReal's Americas Asset Management team by assisting in the execution of comprehensive asset strategies, providing analytical support for multiple asset types across QuadReal's U.S. portfolio, including Residential, Industrial, Office, and Alternative Asset Class properties.

What You Will Experience:

  • Understand and be exposed to all aspects of the real estate lifecycle - including development/construction, property operations, business plans, budget implementation, and financing/disposition activities.

  • Develop a working knowledge of partnership agreements, development agreements, construction agreements, property management agreements, and other agreements to assist with project tracking and oversight responsibilities.

  • Assist in the monitoring of existing investments/joint ventures, including maintaining cash flow and valuation models.

  • Analyze project sustainability, wellness, and smart building specifications against programmatic goals and portfolio wide performance benchmarks.

  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, construction progress metrics, operating performance measurements, and other KPIs.

  • Work with multiple teams to audit and maintain proprietary databases and reporting dashboards for accurate and timely reporting.

What You Will Bring:

  • Education - Completing a university degree with a major in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance and Investment Construction Management. Pursuing a graduate degree in one of these fields is an asset.

  • Analytical - Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets.

  • Communication - Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.

  • Organization - Must be able to allocate time effectively and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple demands and competing priorities, and adapt to new ideas and change. Comfortable following direction but also contributing to the direction.

  • Software - Must have advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Argus or Yardi an asset. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, or productivity is considered an asset

  • Relationship - Must be extremely proactive and work well in a collaborative environment, with the ability to take guidance but then move projects forward independently.

  • Experience - Previous experience in real estate investment, asset management, development, construction oversight, architecture, or engineering. Understanding of real estate fundamentals and project finance along with investment and asset management practices and the full cycle of project planning, design, and execution.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $36.
