Job Summary:

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Architecture will manage a team of high-performing professionals to architect solutions for Adobe customers, focusing on digital transformation and content management across various channels.
Responsibilities:
• Act in a sponsorship capacity for deals within an assigned patch of business to ensure application of team standard methodologies and procedures while also driving revenue outcomes.
• Identify, recruit, hire, onboard, empower, grow, enable, and retain top architect talent.
• Prioritize technical workstreams against capacity while driving technical pipeline progression to meet and exceed bookings targets.
• Maintain an operational cadence for reporting and updates that effectively communicates deal status to collaborators on and off the architecture team.
• Interact directly with individual contributors and leaders in presales, sales, product management, delivery (both Adobe and partner), and engineering.
• Stay on the cutting edge of Adobe products, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Align with Adobe processes and standards to ensure consistency across product pre-sales.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of architecture experience in one or more of the following areas: content architecture, marketing technology architecture, and/or data architecture.
• 10+ years of people management experience.
• Strong executive presence, presentation skills, and documentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment where processes and procedures may evolve.
• Must have: experience with marketing content production and automation, working knowledge of advertising and marketing campaign execution, and hands-on experience with workflow and work management tooling (Workfront or comparable).
• An understanding of how AI, LLMs, generative AI for content (image, video, copy), and agentic capabilities fit architecturally into martech and content supply chain stacks.
• Familiarity with digital asset management, content lifecycle governance, brand consistency at scale, and creative-to-marketing handoff patterns.
• Ability to partner effectively with customer IT and marketing leaders; build rapport with salespeople, sales managers, and other presales staff.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Adobe and partner consultants and delivery leaders.
• Solid understanding of current technical and architectural trends across key Adobe Experience functional areas.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization and communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for learning, resourcefulness, and the ability to quickly absorb new concepts; enthusiasm for industry and technology trends.
• High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity.
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California; routine in-person collaboration with the team and customers is expected.
• Travel as required.
Preferred:
• Software presales or sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Adobe's Content Supply Chain solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (Sites and Assets), Workfront, Creative Cloud integrations, Firefly, GenStudio, and Frame.io.
• Working knowledge of the broader Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform.
