Firefighters Community Credit Union of Cleveland, OH is seeking a Financial Service Representative (Float) to join our team.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities

As a Financial Service Representative (Float) you will float between all six of our branches (Willoughby, Cleveland-Downtown, Cleveland-West Side, Parma, N. Ridgeville, and Wellington) And our Member Contact Center on an as needed basis. Your day is spent helping our members in the various branches with higher end financial needs. You thrive in a variable paced environment. As one of the voices of our credit union, you make sure that your warm smile and helpful attitude comes through in every phone and digital interaction.

You'll assist members with:

  • Advanced banking needs including opening and closing accounts, helping our members through the loan process, and facilitating fraud complaints
  • Education on products and services that we offer including share certificates, IRAs, electronic funds transfer and online banking
  • Uncovering needs and cross-selling financial products

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FINANCIAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • Two years or more of similar or related experience
  • Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and general office equipment
  • Cash handling abilities
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Dependable transportation to all our branches (Willoughby, St. Clair Avenue, Emerald Parkway, Parma, N. Ridgeville, and Wellington)
  • Previous sales experience is preferred

WORK SCHEDULE

This position must be available during all hours that our branches are open. Availability must include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 7:45am to 5:15pm, Thursday from 7:45am to 5:15pm, and Saturdays from 8:15am to 1:15pm.
