Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join the Mission 94 Team. The Salesperson will play a vital role in assisting customers with their firearms and shooting accessory needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of firearms, accessories, and related regulations, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Customer Assistance: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Listen to customers' needs, answer their questions, and offer expert advice on firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related products.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of various firearms, their specifications, features, and applications. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Sales and Recommendations: Assist customers in selecting the right firearms and accessories based on their preferences, needs, and intended usage. Provide recommendations, explain product differences, and offer alternatives when necessary.
