Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager

Fire, Water & Mold Damage Reconstruction

St. Louis Metro East Region

$75,000 - $85,000 Base + Bonus + Company Vehicle + Benefits

PuroClean is seeking an experienced Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial rebuilding projects resulting from fire, water, mold, storm, and other insurance-related property losses.

This is not a traditional new construction role.

We are specifically seeking a Project Manager with experience managing residential reconstruction, insurance restoration, property restoration, remediation rebuilds, disaster recovery construction, or insurance claim-related construction projects.

If you have successfully managed reconstruction projects after property damage losses and understand how to coordinate homeowners, subcontractors, insurance scopes, and project budgets, we'd like to speak with you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage residential and light commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish.
  • Oversee projects resulting from fire, water, mold, storm, and other insured property losses.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and final walkthroughs.
  • Review project budgets and job costs to ensure profitability.
  • Communicate directly with homeowners regarding timelines and progress.
  • Work alongside estimators, insurance adjusters, and restoration teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.

What We're Looking For

REQUIRED

  • 3+ years managing residential reconstruction, restoration, remodeling, insurance repair, or disaster recovery projects.
  • Experience overseeing subcontractors in occupied residential environments.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction practices.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project profitability.
  • Ability to manage multiple reconstruction projects simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

HIGHLY PREFERRED

  • Insurance restoration experience.
  • Fire damage reconstruction experience.
  • Water damage reconstruction experience.
  • Mold remediation rebuild experience.
  • Experience working with insurance adjusters and carriers.
  • Xactimate experience.
  • Experience with restoration companies such as:
