Job description

The Night Watchman plays a critical role in ensuring the security and safety of commercial properties during overnight hours. This individual conducts both pedestrian and property patrols, monitors parking areas, and performs building checks to promptly identify and report emergencies or maintenance concerns. Working independently during night shifts, the watchman is responsible for swift communication with police, fire departments, and property management to maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities
