A Fire Security Technician is a skilled professional responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm and security systems in buildings. They ensure that fire detection, suppression, and security equipment meet safety codes and function correctly to protect people and property. Their work may involve troubleshooting system issues, conducting routine inspections, and providing technical support to clients. Fire Security Technicians often work in commercial, residential, and industrial settings, collaborating with other contractors and emergency personnel as needed.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a fire security technician, and why are they important?
