Fire and Life Safety Director-NYC F-89, T-89

Pay: $25.00/Hour

Full time and Part time Positions

Duties:

Perform a variety of fire and life safety related functions as it pertains to Local Law 5 and Local Law 26.

Conduct fire drills, evacuations and related activities such as organizing, training and supervising a fire brigade.

Implement the building's Fire Safety Plan in the event of an emergency.

Acting as a liaison between building personnel and the NYPD in the event of an emergency.

Directing the evacuation of occupants as provided for in the fire safety EAP plan.

Assisting all emergencies service personnel entering the building on official business and reporting details to the Property Manager, Account Manager and Kent Office ASAP.

Conducting, supervising and evaluating fire and emergency drills.

Command of the English language.
