We are seeking a skilled Fire Systems Inspector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the servicing, inspection, repair, and maintenance of fire alarms. In addition, experience with fire sprinkler, pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and fire pumps would be ideal.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct detailed inspections and routine maintenance of alarm systems. Sprinkler experience, Kitchen Hood, Extinguisher and pumps preferred.
-Perform repairs on malfunctioning or damaged systems.
-Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, maintenance, and repair activities.
-Ensure all fire suppression equipment meets the required safety standards and operational effectiveness.
-Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their systems.
-Respond to emergency service calls as required.
-Work collaboratively with the fire protection team to ensure a high standard of service and safety compliance.
Qualifications:
-Experience in fire system inspections and service, specifically with fire alarm. (Sprinkler or kitchen hood suppression systems preferred).
-Proficient in the use of power and hand tools.
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-High school diploma or equivalent; further technical training in fire protection systems is a plus.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
