We offer expert installation services for fire safety equipment and systems, from small tenant projects to large-scale high-rise retrofits. Our team ensures that every fire sprinkler installation is completed to the highest standards that meet any unique requirement.
We take a comprehensive approach to fire and life safety services, employing the most experienced technicians and utilizing the latest technologies. Our goal is to provide exceptional service and exceed expectations with a consistent and efficient experience every time.
*Fire Sprinkler Technician:*
The successful Fire Sprinkler Service Technician must be dependable and mechanically inclined in installing, servicing, and maintaining fire sprinkler piping.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform fire sprinkler system installations, maintenance, and services
* Provide exceptional service
* Maintain pipe systems and valves
* Cut, thread, assemble and bond piping and tubes according to specifications
* Modify, clean and maintain fire sprinkler systems, pipe systems, units and fittings
* Remove and replace worn components
* Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
* Mentor and coach fire sprinkler helpers on proper repair and service techniques
*Requirements:*
* 2 years (or more) of recent experience working with fire sprinkler systems (required)
* Advanced technical school training or related work experience preferred
* Basic knowledge of hand tools, including electric and battery-powered equipment
* Proficient in basic computer skills
* Demonstrate problem-solving skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to lift 10-50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally
* May be exposed to temperature changes, small spaces, and confined spaces
* High school diploma or GED
*What makes you stand out:*
* NICET 1 & 2 Certification(s) preferred.
* Comfortable utilizing mobile electronics (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to complete and transmit inspection documents.
* Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and AHJs in a professional and educational manner.
* Additional experience in testing/ inspecting fire alarm systems.
* Experience working with fire alarm systems in any capacity.
* 3-5 years experience working with fire sprinkler systems in any capacity.
* Possessing a current Denver Journeyman's License.
* Enthusiasm for personal/ professional development, new technologies, and improving processes.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
