We provide services throughout Ohio and Michigan. Our dedicated team has restored more than 20,000 structures throughout the area. There are times you may have to work weekends and over time but it on rotational basis. This job requires you to drive our company vehicles to customers facilities that have been damaged due to fire, water, smoke, etc. and pack up customer's personal content that have been damaged due to emergency and bring back to our main location for restoring. This position is responsible for restoring personal belongings and structures on customer job sites, as a result of unexpected emergencies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site restorative services to customers, assisting with damages as result of emergency situations such as storms, fire, smoke, water and mold,
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting time constraints for project deadlines,
  • Assist with processing clients contents/belongs which may include recording of clients restorable and non-restorable items, securely packing and unpacking clients property and ensuring items are returned to the customer or are disposed of as directed by the Manager,
  • Communicate job site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the project,
  • Maintain clean job site picking up all tools and equipment securing job site each day,
  • Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed and provide a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience in construction, remediation or related industry, preferred
  • Able to work with a team or independently
  • Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer/tablet skills
  • Willing to work on call, premium pay for call-outs
  • Familiar with basic hand and power tools
  • Valid driverโ€™s license
  • Successfully complete a background check

Physical Requirements:

  • Sustained periods of standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling or climbing
  • Frequent lifting of 5-40 pounds, unassisted
  • Occasional space confinement, limiting mobility

Salary : $19.00 plus overtime and on-call bonus
