Icon Property Rescue in Milford, OH is looking for a motivated and hardworking Restoration and Mitigation Laborer who's not afraid to get dirty, work hard, and make a real difference in the lives of others. YOU'LL GAIN:

At Icon Property Rescue, every day is different-but every day matters. You'll help families and businesses recover from fire, water, and mold damage, learning alongside experienced pros in a career that rewards grit and compassion. We offer our Restoration and Mitigation Laborer:

  • $18 - $20/hr (Premium rates may be available!)
  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30–4:30 (With on-call duties + some OT when needed)
  • Start your day at our central hub before heading out
  • Medical, dental, vision + additional insurance options
  • Paid holidays + paid vacation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean up, tear out, and prep: Support demolition and mitigation teams by removing damaged materials and clearing debris.
  • Use tools with care: Operate hand tools, power tools, and company equipment safely and effectively.
  • Be the backbone of restoration: Help with water extraction, mold remediation, and fire cleanup while following all safety protocols.
  • Stay organized: Keep job sites tidy and hazard-free.
  • Follow the lead: Take direction well and always work safely.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

  • Physical strength and stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility for the occasional emergency call, night, or weekend
  • A positive, team-first attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, demolition, or property restoration
  • Familiarity with water/fire/mold damage cleanup
  • OSHA 10 or other safety training
  • Confidence using tools
