SERVPRO is a leader in fire and water damage restoration, dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses recover from disasters. We provide fast and professional service. We are looking for a Priority Responder - Fire Chaser to join our team and be the first point of contact for clients affected by fire damage.
Summary:
As a Priority Responder - Fire Chaser. You will be responsible for monitoring emergency alerts from fire departments, arriving at fire-damaged properties quickly, and offering our restoration services to property owners in need. You will serve as the face of our company, building relationships with clients, emergency personnel, and insurance professionals while ensuring quick and effective response to fire-related emergencies.
Responsibilities:
. Monitor emergency dispatch channels, fire reports, and news alerts to identify fire-damaged properties.
. Arrive promptly at fire-damaged sites to assess the situation and establish contact with property owners.
. Provide compassionate and professional assistance to home and business owners in distre.
. Educate potential clients about our fire damage restoration services and how we can assist their recovery.
. Build and maintain relationships with fire departments, insurance adjusters, and other emergency response personnel.
. Secure signed service agreements and coordinate immediate emergency services if needed.
. Collaborate with our restoration team to ensure a seamless transition from emergency response to restoration.
. Attend networking events and community meeting to promote our company and services.
Requirements:
. Experience in sales, customer service, emergency response, or a related feel (fire restoration experience is a plus)
. Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with distressed property owners.
. Strong knowledge of fire restoration services or willingness to learn quickly.
. Ability to work flexible hours , including evenings, nights, and weekends, as fires occur unpredictably.
. Valid U.S. Driver's license and reliable transportation.
