We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our passionate team and drive excellence in sales. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in selling SaaS services to Banks & Credit Unions, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. As a VP Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base and ensuring the success of our product portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating and converting leads into customers.

· Maintain a deep understanding of our Fintech products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to clients.

· Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategies to senior management.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

· Ensure the sales team complies with industry regulations and company policies.

· Collaborate with customer success and support teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention.

· Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their performance.

· Partner closely with product development teams: Develop in depth understanding of our Products and stay up to date with the developments. · At least 5 Years in Banking & Fintech Industry (Relevant combination of Education & Experience of selling products to Financial Institutions (Banks/Credit Union) of $1 Billion to $50 Billion in asset size.

· In-depth knowledge of Fintech products and services.

· Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Sales forecasting and budgeting expertise.

· Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.
