As a Product Manager, you will primarily focus on executing on the product roadmap. To be successful you will be (or become) the subject matter expert for the products you support, and have an understanding of the overall platform in which those products operate. The Product Manager acts as the primary facilitator among the development teams, the other Product Team leaders, Development Teams, and the user community (clients and operations) in support of their products.

  • Coordinateand executedetailedrequirementsgathering&documentationforone/moreassigned products.

  • Reviewand refineabacklog of requirements usingtools likeJiraand Confluence

  • Lead andfacilitateallagile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • You are the SME in this role, providing knowledge andexpertisein this business area/product

  • Create anddeliver communicationsthroughout the development cycleto stakeholders at all levels, including release planning content,feature/story-level acceptancecriterianew/modified functionalityoverviews,user guides, andrelease notes.

  • Own product quality and performance through consistent delivery

What we need from you:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting,Businessor applicableexperience.

  • 5+ years' experience with a strong background in Product and Development disciplines

  • Financial Services experience, preferably FinTech experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management.

  • Experience with Agile and Iterativedevelopmentmethodologies.

  • Demonstratable experience using AI tooling for product design,strategyand software testing

The base salary pay for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 per year.
This position will also be eligible to earn a discretionary bonus each year, subject to company approval.
