About This Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, develop solutions, and production support activities. Learn more about our internship program here.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily ERP system operations and user support
  • Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Develop Reports in Oracle APEX, Billing Platform and Aptitude (AAH)
  • Help troubleshoot system issues and document resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Learn and apply best practices in ERP system usage and support

Qualifications
Internship Eligibility and Requirements
  • Must be enrolled in a full-time academic program, currently a junior or rising senior enrolled at a local Atlanta University (e.g., Georgia State University, University of Georgia, Kennesaw State University), pursuing a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Expected Graduation: Students must be on track to graduate in May or December 2027.
  • GPA Requirements: A minimum GPA of 3.0 or above is required to be considered for the position.
  • Location Requirement: This is a remote internship based in Atlanta, Georgia. Applicants must be local to Atlanta, Georgia, and able to work in person (or hybrid, as required).
  • Availability: Must be available at least 20 hours per week on weekdays year-round; schedule is flexible to accommodate academic commitments

Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL or basic programming concepts
  • Coursework or prior experience in ERP systems or business process management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
