  • Client Session Processing: Process separate trading sessions for each RIA client, maintaining strict segregation between client books

  • Configuration Management: Load client-specific investment models, rebalancing configurations, and trading parameters for each session

  • Technology Operation: Run Apex's proprietary rebalancing and direct indexing technology to generate optimized trade proposals

  • Trade Proposal Analysis: Review algorithmic trade recommendations for accuracy, logic, and alignment with client strategies

  • Trade Validation: Verify trade calculations, identify anomalies, and flag unusual proposals for senior review

  • Trade Submission: Submit approved trades to Apex Basket Trading Application with accurate documentation of timestamps, client IDs, and order details

  • Session Closure: Close client sessions properly to maintain separation and audit trail integrity

Trade Monitoring & Exception Management (20%)
  • Fill Monitoring: Continuously monitor trade execution throughout the trading day via Apex Basket Trading Application

  • Completeness Review: Track fill status for all submitted orders, identifying complete fills, partial fills, and failed orders

  • Exception Handling: Flag incomplete or problematic orders, investigate root causes, and coordinate with senior staff on remediation

  • Quality Assessment: Review execution quality including fill rates, price performance, and timing

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all monitoring activities and exception resolutions

Compliance & Reporting Support (10%)
  • Compliance Verification: Support compliance checks to ensure adherence to securities regulations, trading rules, and client guidelines

  • Audit Trail Documentation: Maintain complete records of session activities, trade decisions, and execution details

  • Reconciliation: Assist with end-of-day reconciliation of trade submissions, fills, and outstanding orders

  • Daily Reporting: Contribute to generation of daily reports including clients processed, trades executed, exceptions, and compliance items
