Job description

* This is a Monday - Friday, in-office position in Fort Lauderdale, FL
At Xendoo, Inc., we believe small business owners deserve the same financial clarity and expertise that big corporations take for granted. Since 2016, we've been on a mission to fuel the ambitions of entrepreneurs across the country - handling the bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, and taxes that keep businesses moving, so owners can focus on what they do best. As a VC-backed, tech-forward company, we've built proprietary technology that sits at the core of everything we do, and as a preferred partner of QuickBooks Online and Xero, our clients benefit from seamlessly integrated, best-in-class tools. With our recent acquisition of an AI platform purpose-built for CPAs, we're not just keeping pace with the future of accounting - we're leading it.
We serve the builders: franchise owners, ecommerce founders, tradespeople, medical practices, tech startups, and hospitality operators. And we don't just manage their numbers - we help them understand them, giving owners the knowledge they need to make their next big move.
Our team runs on five values that aren't just words on a wall: Care Deeply, Be Curious, Think Critically, Own It, and Be Relentless. They shape every decision we make and every relationship we build. The goal? To champion the success of 50,000 small business owners by 2030. We're growing fast, and we're just getting started.
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Growth Marketing Lead to own and execute our marketing engine from top to bottom. This isn't a role for someone who needs hand-holding - it's for a builder with a proven track record of growing B2B SaaS businesses who thrives in a fast-moving environment, thinks strategically, and executes with precision.
You've done this before - ideally in FinTech, Accounting, or Finance - and you know how to market complex products to discerning business buyers. You'll sit at the intersection of demand generation, content, partnerships, and sales enablement, developing strategies that drive real pipeline and helping the sales team close deals faster.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and own B2B marketing strategy across the full funnel - from awareness to conversion
  • Build and optimize lead generation programs that deliver qualified pipeline
  • Create and manage sales enablement materials that empower the sales team
  • Identify and nurture partnership opportunities that expand our reach
  • Manage and optimize our HubSpot instance - workflows, sequences, reporting, and lead scoring
  • Own our WordPress website - updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Run social media channels with a B2B lens - building audience and generating inbound interest
  • Design and iterate on marketing funnels that convert
  • Bring a design sensibility to campaigns, assets, and web presence

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 of those years in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing - you know how to grow a software business and convert buyers with long sales cycles
  • Background in FinTech, Accounting, Finance, or adjacent industries strongly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot - not just the basics, but workflows, reporting, and automation
  • Proficiency in WordPress specifically (not just CMS experience generally)
  • Strong understanding of funnel architecture and lead generation mechanics
  • Experience developing or supporting partnership programs
  • Ability to build strategy from scratch and execute against it independently
  • Excellent critical thinking - you connect dots others miss and solve problems creatively
  • A fast learner who picks up new tools, markets, and concepts quickly
  • A design eye - you don't need to be a designer, but you know what good looks like
  • Social media fluency with a B2B context - LinkedIn especially

Who You Are
  • You're self-driven - you don't wait to be told what to do next
  • You're a hard worker who takes ownership and follows through
  • You think strategically but love getting your hands dirty
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate well across sales and leadership
  • You thrive without a team to manage - you're the one doing the work

Nice to Have
  • Experience with paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Familiarity with ABM (account-based marketing) strategies
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar)
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

If you're the kind of marketer who reads a job post and already has three ideas - we want to hear from you.
Here at Xendoo, we enjoy a Monday through Friday workweek (even during tax season) so you can enjoy a healthy work/life balance. Additionally we offer;
  • Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance
  • Generous PTO and Paid Holidays
  • 401(k) with employer matching
  • Casual dress code- jeans and t-shirts
  • Complimentary lunch for the team every Friday
  • Free Gym on location
  • Fun and collaborative environment

Our location is friendly to the tri-county area close to I-95.
Come join Team Xendoo! We are excited to meet you!
