Job description

  • Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments
  • Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies
  • Serve as the primary financial partner by providing comprehensive, multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews
  • Coordinate integrated solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners
  • Drive warm introductions, set expectations, and take ownership of converting qualified opportunities into closed outcomes
  • Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options
  • Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, elevate issues timely, and adhere to policies and regulations
Requirements
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
  • Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into actionable recommendations
  • Experience sourcing, acquiring, and deepening customer relationships through outreach and internal partnerships
  • Experience managing a book of business, documenting planning conversations, and following through to drive retention and growth across deposits, lending, and investments
  • Experience coaching or supporting peers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, listen with empathy, and build credibility and trust
  • Financial services industry experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments
  • 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or recognized equivalents sufficient for immediate FINRA registration
  • State Insurance license(s)
  • Active or timely completion of required FINRA and state insurance licenses
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam for applicable FINRA qualifications earned after September 30, 2018
  • FINRA Series 65 or equivalent within the specified period in applicable states, including Oregon
  • SAFE registration at the time of employment
  • Ability to meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
  • Must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background standards
  • Must be eligible to work without Visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work a schedule including most Saturdays
