Your Mission?
Take charge of the entire finishing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and deadlines. You'll be the go-to expert, driving improvements, leading teams, and ensuring that every piece of work is done right the first time.
What You'll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Pro):
  • Supervise and coach a team of skilled technicians and mentor them to achieve consistent, top-tier finishes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement strategies that drive productivity and profitability.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure everything is in line with production goals.
  • Lead efforts to implement new technologies and finishing techniques that will elevate the company's capabilities and product offerings.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in finishing or production management within cabinetry or woodworking manufacturing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of finishing techniques, materials, and equipment.
    • Proficiency with spray equipment (HVLP or airless systems).
    • Knowledge of wood finishing techniques (staining, sealing, lacquering).
    • Familiarity with paint mixing and color matching.
    • Experience working with water-based and solvent-based finishes.
    • Knowledge of cabinet materials (wood, MDF, veneers).
  • Data-driven approach with experience in using KPIs to enhance performance.
  • Problem-solving expertise with a focus on root cause analysis and effective solution implementation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software is highly advantageous.
