Position Overview:
The Sander is responsible for preparing cabinetry and millwork components for the finishing process. This includes filling, sanding, and inspecting surfaces to ensure a smooth and defect-free finish. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sand cabinets, panels, frames, and moldings using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and sanding equipment
  • Apply wood filler and putty as needed to repair imperfections and create a smooth surface
  • Perform quality checks to ensure surfaces meet finishing standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
