Baesman Group is hiring Finishing Machine Operators to run equipment that completes printed products-cutting, folding, inserting, and preparing jobs for final delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and making sure the final product meets quality expectations.
What You'll Do
  • Operate finishing equipment (cutters, folders, inserters, etc.)
  • Keep production moving while meeting daily output goals
  • Check quality and make adjustments when something isn't right
  • Track production and complete required documentation
  • Help reduce downtime by identifying and addressing issues early
