A Fine Line job typically refers to specialized work in industries like tattooing, design, or manufacturing, where precision and attention to detail are crucial. In tattooing, it involves creating delicate, thin-lined designs requiring a steady hand and expertise. In other fields, it may refer to intricate craftsmanship, quality control, or detail-oriented tasks that demand high accuracy.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Fine Line position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Fine Line Tattoo Artist, you need exceptional drawing skills, keen attention to detail, steady hands, and training from an accredited tattooing program. Proficiency with specialized tattoo machines, sterilization equipment, and knowledge of safety protocols are essential, along with any required local or state licensure. Strong customer service, active listening, and the ability to interpret client requests are key soft skills that elevate your work. Job description

Exterior Sales Representative Wanted
Commission-Based Opportunity
Fine Line Improvements

Letโ€™s be honest... we must be busy, because weโ€™re finally admitting we need a help with covering appointments

The funny part? We usually don't usually like most sales reps.

What we do like are hardworking, knowledgeable people who have actually been on the job, know how a roof system goes together, understand siding, and can talk to homeowners without sounding pushy, fake, or like they memorized lines from a sales seminar.

Fine Line Improvements is a small family-owned, fairly priced company looking for the right person to help us grow. We want someone who has worked in Roofing and/or siding sales and/or physically worked installing and is ready to take that real-world knowledge into a sales role. This is not the job for someone who just wants to knock on doors and talk fast. We want someone who can walk up to a house, actually know what theyโ€™re looking at, explain it clearly to a homeowner, and help them feel comfortable working with us.

What weโ€™re looking for:
Someone who has:

  • Real experience selling and/or installing roofs or siding
  • Strong understanding of how roof systems are installed
  • The ability to go door to door and start conversations
  • Confidence talking with homeowners in a friendly, honest way
  • A good work ethic and self-motivation
  • The drive to earn strong money through commissions

What youโ€™ll be doing:
Youโ€™ll be covering pre-set appointments as well as filling your time going door to door, generating leads, talking with homeowners, spotting issues, explaining solutions, and helping close roofing and siding jobs for a company that believes in being fair, honest, and doing things the right way.

Why this job is different:
Weโ€™re not looking for the slick โ€œused car salesmanโ€ type.
Weโ€™re looking for someone who knows the work because theyโ€™ve been in the industry.

Pay:
Commission-based with strong earning potential.

If you know roofing and siding, donโ€™t mind knocking doors, and want to sell for a family-owned company that is fairly priced and not full of nonsense, weโ€™d love to hear from you.

Company Description

Family-owned roofing and siding business specializing in asphalt roof repair & replacement, standing seam metal roofs, silicone roof coatings and siding replacement & repair.
