We pride ourselves on providing exceptional quality, beautiful craftsmanship, and a warm, welcoming environment for our generations of loyal customers. We are currently seeking a trustworthy, motivated, and detail-oriented Sales & Office Clerical Associate to join our tight-knit team.

The Role

In this dual role, you will be the face of our store—helping customers celebrate life's special moments—while also ensuring our daily office operations run smoothly. This position requires a unique blend of warm interpersonal skills and sharp organizational habits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcome guests, listen actively to their needs, and guide them through our fine jewelry selection with a consultative, low-pressure approach.
  • Office & Clerical Support: Handle daily administrative tasks, processing transactions, and basic data entry and inputting new stock items.
  • Inventory & Security Management: Carefully handle, display, and organize high-value items with strict adherence to store security protocols and ethical standards.
  • Store Presentation: Help maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful showroom floor.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience is required (experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail is highly preferred).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and active listening skills. You should love connecting with people and telling the stories behind our pieces.
  • Character: A high level of trustworthiness, honesty, and impeccable ethical standards are non-negotiable for handling high-value inventory.
