Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Sales: Welcome guests, listen actively to their needs, and guide them through our fine jewelry selection with a consultative, low-pressure approach.
  • Office & Clerical Support: Handle daily administrative tasks, processing transactions, and basic data entry and inputting new stock items.

  • Store Presentation: Help maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful showroom floor.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Previous retail sales experience is required (experience in fine jewelry or luxury retail is highly preferred).
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and active listening skills. You should love connecting with people and telling the stories behind our pieces.
  • Character: A high level of trustworthiness, honesty, and impeccable ethical standards are non-negotiable for handling high-value inventory.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational habits for managing paperwork, clerical duties, and inventory tracking.

  • Tuesday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Closed Sunday & Monday * Closed on most major holidays

To Apply

Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for our family-owned business.
