The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Bussers to join our team at 1919 Kitchen and Tap in Green Bay, Wisconsin . As a Busser, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as the ability to set priorities and respond to changing needs within the dining room.

What will you do?
  • Assists wait staff in clearing tables
  • Cleans areas and assists with set-up and clean-up as needed
  • Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
  • Resets tables after guests leave
  • Work with kitchen to tray food
  • Run food to the dining room for servers
  • Refills guests' empty water glasses
  • Restocks service areas at the end of the shift
  • Performs other duties as assigned

More about you
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be available to work daytime, weekday shifts.
  • No experience required
  • Guest service orientation; ability to adhere to Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards
  • Ability to communicate with guests, read and follow written instructions in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical requirements
  • Ability to carry full trays up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs
  • Good mobility to maneuver between tables to clear plates
  • Variable temperatures - required to move between hot, noisy conditions of kitchen and climate-controlled dining environment
