Job description

We are seeking a skilled Acquisition Analyst to provide acquisition policy support for a fast-paced Army product management office at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. โ€ข Executes DOW acquisition lifecycle management for assigned projects.
โ€ข Coordinates work products and tasks across the acquisition process and life cycle phases.
โ€ข Prepares, configures, and staffs milestone documentation.
โ€ข Assists with determining contracting strategy, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting Command.
โ€ข Participates in source selection boards and conducts technical evaluations.
โ€ข Participates in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations.
โ€ข Assists in providing contract oversight for assigned products.
โ€ข Maintains and manages the program budget and master schedule.
โ€ข Identifies cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs.
โ€ข Develops draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documents.
โ€ข Works with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcome.
โ€ข Maintains configuration control of acquisition documents.
โ€ข Prepares plans for product risk mitigation. Required Skills:
โ€ข Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
โ€ข Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
โ€ข Bachelors and 12 years of experience. โ€ข Equivalent or experience commensurate with DAWIA Level II certification in Program Management acquisition career field or PMP Certification.
โ€ข Knowledge and demonstrated skills in: Product Life Cycle Management Project Team Management Acquisition and Contracting documents (to include J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F), WAWF, iRAPT, cost analysis, Project Management, database management, GFEBS, DODI 5000.02, Defense Acquisition System, and JCIDS.
