About the position
Kiddie Academy, a franchisor of educational child care with Academies nationwide and hundreds under development is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer ("CMO") to lead our brand across our growing system for both consumer and franchising sides of the business. The CMO will be responsible for creating and driving systemwide marketing strategy, brand awareness and long-term brand loyalty.
The ideal candidate brings a balance of leadership, performance marketing expertise, and franchise knowledge or experience.
This role also serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, the member will be involved in global corporate business matters while having a key role in the ongoing evolution of our brand experience.
This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Abingdon, Maryland.
