Together, we’ll advance the innovations that keep the world moving. Because at Arclin, our people are truly Vital Beyond Measure.

What You'll Do

As our Project Engineer / Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead capital and engineering projects from concept, planning, and design through construction, startup, and closeout.
  • Own project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and technical performance to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, engineering firms, and vendors to keep projects moving forward.
  • Apply sound engineering principles to evaluate designs and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Identify project risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost impacts.
  • Manage project budgets, capital spending, change control, and financial reporting.
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete project documentation, including engineering drawings, reports, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Partner with operations to ensure successful project startup, turnover, operator training, and documentation of lessons learned.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong engineering knowledge with excellent project leadership skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • 3-5+ years of experience leading engineering or capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
  • Experience developing project schedules, managing capital budgets, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Finario, or similar software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence teams and drive results without direct supervisory authority.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Why Join Us?

You'll have the opportunity to lead meaningful projects that directly impact our manufacturing operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

We value innovation, continuous improvement, and giving our engineers the autonomy to make decisions and deliver results.

If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, solve complex challenges, and make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
