We are a full-service financial planning and investment advisory firm located in downtown Springfield, MA. We help clients build wealth, prepare for retirement, manage investments, plan for education, and navigate estate planning with clarity and confidence. Our firm is growing, and we are seeking an Associate Financial Planner who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to client relationships and planning work.
This role is ideal for someone early in their financial planning career. Someone who has completed (or is close to completing) CFP® coursework, is working toward their Series 7, and is ready to gain hands-on experience under the mentorship of a seasoned advisor.
Position Summary

The Associate Financial Planner will support the firm’s principal advisor in all aspects of financial planning, client service, and operational workflow. This role includes sitting in on client meetings, preparing planning analyses, managing follow-up tasks, coordinating with attorneys and CPAs, and helping ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience.
This is an on-site, professional role with structured mentorship, clear growth pathways, and the opportunity to build toward becoming a full Financial Advisor.
Who We Are

Our firm is built on deep listening, thoughtful guidance, and long-term relationships. We believe financial planning is not just about numbers; it’s about people, their stories, and the futures they envision. We take pride in creating a client experience rooted in clarity, care, and trust.
We’re looking for someone who shares these values and sees financial planning as a meaningful partnership.  Someone who is ready to learn, contribute, and grow.

  • Assist with onboarding, documentation, and workflow management
  • Support process improvement and operational efficiency
How We Work

We are a collaborative, people-centered team. We value maturity of judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to meet clients where they are. Our associates listen deeply, communicate clearly, and help clients navigate both opportunities and challenges with steadiness and professionalism.
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow; someone who is ready to learn from a seasoned advisor, build confidence, and eventually step into a full advisory role.
