Who We Are
Tomorrow's most advanced automotive technology is being envisioned today at MOBIS Parts America (MPA). A subsidiary of Hyundai MOBIS, we are a top leading automotive parts supplier. Mobis provides after-sales service parts support for Hyundai Motors, Kia Motors, and Genesis. In addition to the distribution of genuine service parts and accessories, Mobis produces chassis, cockpit, and front-end modules; safety products, including airbags; headlights; anti-lock brake systems and electronic stability control products; steering parts; multimedia systems; UVO systems; injection-molded plastic parts, such as instrument panels, carriers, and bumpers; and steel wheel rims and decks.
Description
The Systems Sr. Analyst perform the following duties, contributing to the overall mission and goals of the company:
  • Serve as primary contact and department expert with PDC Systems and Varsity Support
  • Continue supporting department with projects and system testing.
  • Train other analysts to act as backup for day to day support
  • Oversee hardware upgrades at warehouses and work with vendors to support
  • Work with other analysts to oversee and follow up on the account administration side
  • Provide reports and query assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Research systems issues, data requests and data discrepancies as needed
  • Provide general assistance for MPA systems requests and projects

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as main point of contact for all PDC systems support, in addition to headquarters and offsite locations. Ensure issues are resolved promptly and operations can continue with minimal interruption. This includes hardware support for Parts Distribution Centers and may require some work outside normal hours. (30%)
  • Support Systems department with projects, including testing and post implementation. Oversee hardware upgrades and coordinate with affected users and HISNA. (25%)
  • Assist with running reports and queries to ensure data consistency across departments. (20%)
  • Initiate program maintenance requests and determine their priorities based on urgency or benefit to Mobis Parts America, LLC., Hyundai Motor America, Inc and Kia Motors America, Inc. (15%)
  • Oversee user account, hardware setup and system access. Define and develop procedures for new Systems access. (10%)

Key Performance Indicators
  • Troubleshoot systems related user issues for all MPA locations
  • Work throughout all stages of Systems projects and enhancements
  • Prepare standard reporting using Excel and Access, along with SQL client and other proprietary data gathering tools
  • Coordinate requests for system enhancements and user access

Work Schedule & Travel Requirements
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Required Qualifications
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience and demonstrated skills

Experience Requirements
  • 4-6 years of prior experience with systems troubleshooting/enhancements and creating queries and reports.
  • Experience taking ownership of small to medium sized projects
  • Prior experience with QMF, or any other SQL client
  • Advanced Excel and VBA experience is required.

Certifications
  • Data analytics certification is a plus.

Compensation - Annual Salary , $62,518.54 - 92,214.85
