Job description

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the configuration, supporting implementation, and maintaining the organization’s financial systems and processes used for the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of financial data. Primary platforms include Microsoft Dynamics and a future financial modeling platform
  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions
  • Create and present reports or presentations to executive team members and stakeholders to support financial system requirements or recommendations
  • Develop Power BI dashboards, maintain Power Automate workflows, manage licensing reports, support purchase requisition processes and monitor performance of environments
  • Support the implementation of new projects or features for financial systems from beginning to end
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 to 4 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise financial systems. or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, financial workflows, and cloud-based financial platforms like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
  • Experience in agile and waterfall delivery models.
  • Experience creating data architecture solutions using data lakes and PowerBI reporting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL, and ETL concepts.
  • Experience with Azure Services, and Power Platform integrations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Knowledge of additional ERPs for integration best practices
  • Exposure to enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Dataverse, and Mulesoft.
