BUILD SMARTER FINANCIAL SYSTEMS. PROVIDE TRUSTED REPORTING FOR LEADERS AND CUSTOMERS.

The Cooperative Finance Association (CFA), the nation's leading cooperatively owned provider of crop input finance products, is seeking a Financial Systems & Reporting Analyst to strengthen the systems, data, and reporting that support sound business decisions. This role is ideal for an analytical problem solver who enjoys connecting finance, technology, and process improvement.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Monitor integrations between loan management systems and the general ledger, research exceptions, and support accurate data flow.

Perform subledger-to-ERP reconciliations and validate financial reports, dashboards, data extracts, and key performance indicators.

Build and improve standardized reporting, automation, and workflows that reduce manual processing and spreadsheet dependency.

Support financial system configuration, testing, upgrades, implementations, migrations, parallel runs, and cutover activities.

Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to resolve issues, document controls and data flows, and improve end-to-end processes.

Provide first-line system support and translate technical or data issues into clear, practical guidance for business users.


WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Relevant experience in financial systems, accounting, reporting, data analysis, auditing, budgeting, or business systems support. 

Working knowledge of ERP systems, general ledger and subledger concepts, financial reporting, data integrations, reconciliations, and internal controls.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with SQL, Power BI, query, reporting, automation, or business intelligence tools is preferred.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage priorities and confidential information.

Requirements:

Entry: 2-5 years of relevant experience; performs recurring and moderately complex work with general supervision.

Travel: Approximately 5% day travel and 5% overnight travel.
