Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle EPM Finance Systems Manager in Lake Forest, IL.
Responsibilities:
* Provide thought leadership on best practices/emerging technologies for Finance functions
* Support, plan, execute and manage IT project deliverables by partnering with internal and external resources
* Accountable for the design and support of ORACLE EPM Applications
* Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities within ORACLE EPM applications to improve forecasting, planning, reporting automation, data validation, and decision support while ensuring appropriate governance, security, and business adoption
* Drive implementation of software from solution design through hypercare leveraging internal resources and external systems integrators as required
* Manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
* Recommend technology solutions with specialization in Financial Planning & Analysis and Consolidations, including the various technologies and analytical tools to support the finance organization
* Accountable for the design and governance of FP&A technology
* Develop and deploy new processes and system configuration
* Manage relationships with stakeholders across the Finance organization
* Support business process improvement and technology support across Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Internal Audit and Cross Functional Finance integration
* Partner with Cybersecurity to minimize risk to Company when partnering with software providers
* Provide additional support on the Finance workstream for current SAP S/4 migration
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of experience in the implementations and/or support of ORACLE EPM Applications (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM)
* Led business analytics & reporting solution build and delivery
* CPG/Manufacturing experience (consulting or industry)
* IT Project Life-cycle experience in design, configurations, testing, master data management, and post go-live
* Extensive experience managing projects with cross functional teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
