As an Analyst in Pharmacy Services and Financial Support Programs, you will play a vital role in ensuring our services align with regulatory standards and quality oversight through meticulous data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine data collection and prepare reports for Pharmacy Services, including specialty accreditation and Ryan White grant programs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through effective data collection and analysis.
  • Monitor prescription and pharmacy inventory to maintain regulatory standards.
  • Develop recommendations on data analytics to enhance understanding of program outcomes.
  • Participate in special projects requiring data analytics expertise.
  • Coordinate the presentation of data to the Pharmacy QI Management Committee monthly.
  • Collaborate with auditors to maximize program accuracy and compliance.
  • Track and report 340b pharmaceutical sales and purchases data to ensure eligibility.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of the 340b list and suggest alternative therapies.
  • Provide oversight for process improvement initiatives focused on quality.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Master's degree in Public Health preferred; or 5 years experience in an analyst, support, or coordinator role conducting data analysis, data reporting/data validation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience with heavy data entry and analysis in Excel is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience working with reports and conducting data analysis.
  • Independent judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent customer service with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
