We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative to join our Fund and Client IS Ops team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL ( 4 days in office expectation).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Process and verify transactions efficiently by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing systems and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve transaction discrepancies, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
  • Maintain client records accurately by employing a thorough understanding of data management practices

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certification in transaction processing or a related discipline is advantageous
  • 0-5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate transaction processing
