Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of Financial Representatives, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the marketing and expansion of our financial services.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with the company's mission and vision.
  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance our service offerings and client base in Des Moines, IA and beyond.

Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Professional designations such as CLU, ChFC, or CFP.
  • NASD 7 or 6 (REQUIRED).
  • 4-6 years of insurance industry sales experience, including 3-5 years of field management or agency distribution system. (REQUIRED).
