Location: onsite, 2020 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday,8am-4:30pm, no weekends or holidays

Job Description:
Provides assistance to patients who call the department customer service line or have walk-in requests. Answers all questions and follows through on actions needed to resolve the call, including filing of claims.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, health care business administration, or medical-related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of insurance/medical billing office experience strongly preferred.
