About the Role
RTS and Shamrock Trading Corporation are looking for a motivated salesperson to join our Business Development team. This role will focus on prospecting, qualifying and securing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with an outgoing, ambitious and self-motivated personality.
What You'll Do
  • Leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutions
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service
  • Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and explain customized financial solutions to prospective clients
  • Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability on all new business
  • Cross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of business development experience required
  • Demonstrated record of success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone
  • Proven strategic mindset with exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and project management skills
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product line
  • Attention to detail with an interest in comparative and value analysis
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in Spanish and English are a must (must be able to speak, read and write both languages)
