Job Description
• Plans and prepares financial/operational models and analyzes scenarios and results for presentation to management.
• Prepares and monitors operating budgets and forecasts. Performs modeling and analysis on these budgets and forecasts including variance and trend analysis.
• Recommends strategies to management and develops business plans using understanding of the organization's operational structure and functions.
• Prepares analytical reports for management review.
• Financial analysis and reporting required to support the integration of acquired companies.
• Supports the M&A function and strategy with analysis and modeling as necessary
• Drives the organizational Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of our mission.
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
• Actively work with associates and management at various locations.
Qualifications
MUST-HAVES
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or the equivalent is required.
3-6 years financial and operational business experience
Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is required
Strong Excel skills required
Excellent analytical and data manipulation skills are required.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience with Essbase, cubes, or SQL a plus
