Job Description

Plans and prepares financial/operational models and analyzes scenarios and results for presentation to management.


Prepares and monitors operating budgets and forecasts. Performs modeling and analysis on these budgets and forecasts including variance and trend analysis.


Recommends strategies to management and develops business plans using understanding of the organization's operational structure and functions.


Prepares analytical reports for management review.


Financial analysis and reporting required to support the integration of acquired companies.


Supports the M&A function and strategy with analysis and modeling as necessary


Drives the organizational Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of our mission.


Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.


Actively work with associates and management at various locations.

Qualifications

MUST-HAVES

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or the equivalent is required.

3-6 years financial and operational business experience

Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is required

Strong Excel skills required

Excellent analytical and data manipulation skills are required.


NICE-TO-HAVES

Experience with Essbase, cubes, or SQL a plus
