Role Overview

Turing is looking for Financial Consulting professionals to work with our researchers to improve the performance of AI models. You will apply your expertise in transaction advisory, valuation services, restructuring, and strategic finance consulting to evaluate and train AI systems. If you enjoy solving complex problems in financial consulting and are interested in shaping the future of AI in finance, please apply. No prior AI experience is required.


What Does Day-to-Day Look Like

  • Evaluate LLM models on financial consulting topics such as business valuation, due diligence, financial restructuring, and forensic accounting.
  • Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like purchase price allocation, impairment testing, working capital analysis, and financial risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Consulting (e.g., Big 4 advisory, transaction services, valuation, restructuring, or management consulting with a finance focus).
  • Strong grasp of valuation methodologies, due diligence frameworks, financial restructuring, and advisory engagement management.
  • Excellent English written communication.
