Work You'll Do

We are actively seeking a results-driven Senior Consultant with FIS treasury technology experience to join our Treasury practice. In this role, you will support the delivery of treasury transformation engagements by bringing subject matter expertise in FIS Quantum, FIS Integrity, and Treasury. Our services are rooted in treasury and risk management strategies, M&A, treasury transformations, and innovative treasury technology solutions centered on the FIS product suite.

Responsibilities include:

        Support delivery of FIS-enabled treasury transformation engagements across design, configuration, testing, go-live, and stabilization.

        Lead defined workstreams and client-facing activities, helping translate treasury requirements into practical solution designs within FIS Quantum or FIS Integrity.

        Serve as a subject matter specialist in FIS treasury technology, supporting process improvements and implementation outcomes.

        Contribute to treasury transformation initiatives across areas such as cash and liquidity management, transaction management, hedge management and accounting, and financial risk management.

        Support client engagements involving treasury IT strategy, bank connectivity, process enhancements, vendor selections, and TMS implementations.

        Help ensure deliverables meet quality standards, project timelines, and contract or work plan requirements.

        Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposal support, reusable assets, and practice development efforts.

Required Qualifications

        Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field required.

        4+ years of consulting or corporate treasury experience, with demonstrated FIS Quantum or FIS Integrity implementation or advisory expertise.

        Proven expertise in FIS Quantum or FIS Integrity, showcasing a strong understanding of their capabilities and potential.

        Experience leading workstreams or key activities within technology implementation engagements.

        Previous engagement with TMS implementations, treasury transformations, and vendor selections.

        Experience with project delivery across requirements, design, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.

        Working knowledge of payment formats (e.g., ISO 20022 XML pain, MT101, EDI820/822) and bank statement formats (e.g., BAI2, MT940/942, CAMT.053), and host-to-host / SWIFT connectivity.

        Ability to build credibility with clients and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

        Working knowledge of cash management, FX, debt, and interest rate risk management concepts.

        Understanding of system implementation lifecycles.

        Proficiency in data visualization and productivity tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent.

        Ability to travel 40%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

        Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications

        Experience implementing or integrating FIS Trax (Payment Hub) alongside FIS Quantum or FIS Integrity, including payment workflow design, sanctions and fraud screening integration, and bank connectivity orchestration.

        FIS product certifications (FIS Quantum, FIS Integrity, or FIS Trax) are a strong differentiator.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 - 198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
