Job description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Route Manager to oversee multiple retail fireworks locations. This role is responsible for supporting stand operators, managing inventory, ensuring compliance, and driving overall success across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support multiple fireworks stand locations within the assigned route
  • Deliver, restock, and track inventory
  • Train and assist stand operators to maximize sales
  • Ensure all stands meet safety and legal compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support when needed
  • Maintain communication with company leadership and operators
  • Monitor sales performance and help improve results
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
  • Valid driver’s license, must have CDL B or A.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in summer conditions
  • Sales, retail, or management experience preferred (but not required)
  • Must be dependable, organized, and self-motivated

Commission: **Earn $4,000 - $7,000+**

Schedule
