In this highly visible leadership role, you will strengthen the cybersecurity posture of a global enterprise by driving the identification, evaluation, and resolution of critical cyber risks that protect our clients, colleagues, and business. You'll lead a team of trusted cybersecurity experts, influence enterprise-wide risk decisions, and partner across technology, business, and risk functions to deliver measurable reductions in residual risk. What you'll own
  • Lead the enterprise strategy for cybersecurity issue and risk management, driving measurable reductions in residual risk and ensuring critical control gaps are remediated within approved timelines.
  • Shape risk-informed business decisions by providing authoritative guidance on cybersecurity risk ratings, remediation approaches, compensating controls, and risk acceptance determinations across the organization.
  • Influence executive and governance outcomes through data-driven reporting, actionable risk insights, and clear visibility into emerging threats, remediation progress, and enterprise risk trends.
  • Drive accountability across technology and business teams, partnering with stakeholders to accelerate issue resolution, address systemic control weaknesses, and strengthen the overall security posture of the enterprise.
  • Advance the maturity and efficiency of cyber risk operations by leveraging automation, intelligent workflows, advanced analytics, and continuous process improvements that enhance oversight and decision-making.
What you'll bring
  • Proven success leading cybersecurity risk management, information security, information technology (IT) governance, or controls programs within a large, complex, and highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability across teams without direct reporting relationships, delivering measurable risk reduction and business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in cybersecurity control frameworks, enterprise risk management practices, regulatory requirements, and control domains such as cloud security, encryption, privileged access management, network security, and vulnerability management.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical risks into clear, actionable recommendations for executive, business, and technology audiences.
