Job Description
As an Experienced Analyst, you will:

  • At least 1-2 years of investment banking experience (technology coverage preferred)

  • Work with senior professionals covering Software and Digital Media clients

  • Learn about a range of end-markets: supply chain software, proptech, education technology, HCM software, semiconductors, sports tech, etc.

  • Support teams working on M&A as well as equity / debt capital raises

  • Research economic and industry-specific developments

  • Analyze financial statements and other investment attributes of publicly traded as well as private companies

  • Help prepare marketing materials and other presentations

  • Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Strong academic track record, with a background in finance, accounting, business or economics

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • A high degree of intellectual curiosity and a desire to never stop learning

  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product

  • Ability to manage rapid timelines and proactively manage any potential conflicts

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, make informed decisions, and act independently

  • Comfort presenting to and engaging with senior colleagues, clients, and counterparties
