Position Summary: The Financialย Reporting Manager reportsย to the Chiefย Accounting Officer andย is responsible forย leading the Company'sย financial consolidationย and external reportingย processes while deliveringย timely, accurate financial informationย that supports executiveย decision-making. Thisย role oversees enterprise-wide financial reporting, technical accounting,ย operational reporting, and KPI/dashboard development acrossย a multi-entityย organization.

As a keyย business partner, theย Financial Reporting Managerย collaborates closely withย Accounting, Treasury, Operations, andย M&A teamsย to ensure financialย reporting is accurate, compliant with U.S. GAAP, andย aligned with theย organization's strategicย objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Accounting,ย Treasury, FP&A, Operations, and M&A teams toย improve reporting processesย and financial transparency.
  • Build trusted relationshipsย with business leadersย by providing timely, accurate, and insightful financialย information.
  • Lead or participateย in special projects, process improvement initiatives, and other dutiesย asย assigned.


Essential Tasks:

Financial Reporting & Consolidation:

  • Lead the monthlyย consolidation process forย multiple legal entities, including intercompanyย eliminations, noncontrolling interests, and consolidation entries.
  • Prepare and distributeย monthly consolidated financialย statements and managementย reporting packages.
  • Review financialย results for newlyย acquired or partnerย offices, providing varianceย analysis and operationalย commentary.
  • Create, maintain, andย enhance financial reportsย within Sage Intacct.
  • Performย detailed reviews ofย consolidation and post-close journal entriesย to ensure completenessย and accuracy.
  • Partner with theย General Ledger Accountingย Manager to ensureย timely month-endย close and reportingย deliverables.
  • Supportย the annualย financial statement auditย by coordinating financialย reporting schedules andย responding to auditorย requests.

Financial Analysis & Businessย Reporting:

  • Lead monthlyย and quarterly varianceย analysis, explaining resultsย against budget, forecast, and prior periodsย with actionable businessย insights.
  • Design,ย develop, and continuouslyย improve executive dashboardsย and KPI reportingย to support operationalย performance.
  • Partner with Operationsย leadership to defineย reporting requirements,ย establish meaningful metrics, and improve businessย visibility.
  • Present financial resultsย and performance trendsย to senior leadershipย and operational stakeholders.

Technical Accounting & Compliance:

  • Manage accounting andย reportingย for acquisitions, divestitures, entity restructurings,ย and other complexย transactions.
  • Coordinate preparation ofย quarterly debt covenantย compliance reporting andย lender certificates.
  • Serve as theย accounting lead forย the implementation andย adoption of newย accounting standards, includingย ASC 606, ASCย 842, andย future U.S. GAAP updates.
  • Develop, maintain, andย enhance accounting policies, procedures, and financialย reporting documentation.
  • Partner with Treasuryย on monthly cashย flow reporting,ย debt accounting, interestย expense, and relatedย disclosures.
  • Assist in maintainingย effectiveย internal controlsย over financial reportingย and support SOXย compliance initiatives,ย as applicable.

  • Strong knowledge ofย financial consolidationsย and U.S. GAAP financial reportingย inย a multi-entityย environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excelย skills, including largeย data sets, PivotTables,ย Power Query, andย financial modeling.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP systems; Sage Intacct experienceย preferred.
  • Experience with businessย intelligence and dataย visualization tools (Powerย BI, Tableau, orย similar) preferred.

Core Competencies:

Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree inย Accounting required.
  • 6โ€“10 yearsย of progressive accountingย and financial reportingย experience.
  • 3โ€“6 yearsย of experience withย a Big Fourย public accounting firmย strongly preferred.
  • Experience preparing consolidatedย financial statements forย a multi-entity organization.
  • Strong technical accountingย knowledge with demonstratedย experience researchingย and documenting U.S. GAAP accountingย conclusions.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, consolidations, and complexย accounting transactionsย preferred.
  • Experience with ASCย 606, ASC 842, SOX compliance, andย internal controls isย a plus.
