What makes You an ideal candidate? 

    Knowledge of capital markets and/or structured finance concepts
    Proficiency in Excel including advanced modeling; familiarity with SQL or database tools is a plus
    Experience modeling financial information, including forecasting
    Ability to interpret legal documents related to complex financial transactions
    Strong quantitative and analytical skills
    Excellent oral and written communication skills
    Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
    Experience with Power BI (PBI) or other data visualization tools is a plus
    Ability to multi-task and work independently
    Ability to work effectively under pressure
    High level of attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over work product

Additional Knowledge and Skills

Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:  

  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
  • Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
  • Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection 

Work Experience & Education

  • 0-2 years advanced knowledge and ability in performing financial analysis functions preferred.
  • Prior experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking; capital markets experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree Finance or Business related degree preferred.

About the role:

Working under the direction of the Corporate Finance leadership team, the Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance will analyze financial information and support the execution of secured funding transactions across warehouse and securitization platforms. This role will play a key part in evaluating financing structures, analyzing market conditions, and supporting transaction execution.

In this role you will:
    Support and help drive the execution of financing transactions
    Analyze competitor financing strategies, financial statements, and collateral/portfolio performance
    Develop and perform ad hoc financial analysis to support transaction structuring and strategic decision-making
    Prepare and contribute to company presentations and external-facing materials (e.g., lender / investor updates)
    Support coordination of financing transaction operational audits with internal teams and company lenders
    Support day-to-day coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners
    Assist with the implementation of regulatory reform initiatives
    Build, maintain, and enhance cash flow models
    Support Corporate Finance data integrity and management
    Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis for management
    Support leadership with special projects, including trend analysis and research
